About the Coaching Council of the State Autonomous Republic of Mordovia


1. The general part

1.1. The coaching council of the GAU RM "Shoshil Tarpishchev" (hereinafter referred to as the "Institution") is created to discuss and develop a collegiate opinion of the coaching staff of the Institution on the development, approval and implementation of tennis training programs, individual plans for the training of athletes, the formation of the sports team of the Republic of Mordovia tennis, determining the composition of tournament participants, training fees and other sporting events.

1.2.Training Council of the Institution, is the advisory body of the Institution.

1.3. The Coaching Council in its work is guided by the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Statute of the Institution, approved by the Regulation on the Coaching Council and other local acts regulating the activities of the institution.

1.4. Location of the Coaching Board of the Institution - Saransk.

2. The main tasks

The main tasks of the Coaching Council are:

2.1. Development of work plans and organization of their execution.

2.2. Distribution, enrollment in the stages of preparation, transfer and expulsion of students.

2.3. To select, develop and apply educational programs (including author's) teaching and educational methods, teaching aids and materials, methods for assessing the knowledge, skills and skills of those involved.

2.4. Generalization and popularization of the experience of leading Russian trainers.

2.5. Appoint from the number of trainers-teachers of the Institution or recommend candidacy for the post of invited chief referee of the tournament held on the basis of the Institution.

2.6. Appoint judges (a judge on the tower and a line judge) and tournament secretaries, among the trainers of the Institution's instructors, for holding the EKP tournament on the basis of the Institution.

2.7. To make proposals to the Director of the Institution for the candidature of the Chairman of the Coaching Board of the Institution.

2.8. To protect the professional honor and dignity of the members of the Institution's Coaching Council.

2.9. To increase qualification, professional skill.

2.10. To conduct scientific and experimental work, to disseminate their pedagogical experience, which received a scientific justification.

2.11. Study and analysis of advanced foreign experience in training tennis players and coaching staff.

2.12. Conducting attestation of coaching and instructors in tennis.

2.13. Participation in development:

- ETUC of the Republic of Mordovia;

- Regulations on these competitions;

2.14. Evaluation of plans for the preparation of the national team of the Republic of Mordovia and regular monitoring of their implementation.

2.15. Assessment of the effectiveness of the work, the coaches of the national team of the Republic of Mordovia following the results of training and performance of the national team and athletes in official international and All-Russian competitions.

2.16. Making recommendations on the composition of the national team of the Republic of Mordovia.

2.17. Participation in the preparation and holding of competitions for young tennis players.

2.18. Participation in the work of the disciplinary commission of the Institution.

2.19. Participation in the work of the Methodological Council of the Institution.

3. Composition and strength of the Coaching Board Institutions.

3.1. The composition of the Institution's Coaching Council consists of:

- the Chairman;

- Trainers;

- Instructors of Methodists;

- Directors;

- Deputy Director;

- Secretary.

3.2. The numerical composition of the Coaching Council is approved by the order of the Director of the Institution.

3.3. The work of the Coaching Board is managed by the Chairman, which is approved by the order of the Director of the Institution.

3.4. The composition of the Coaching Council is approved by the order of the Director of the Institution.

3.5. To effectively solve the tasks of the Coaching Council, committees and commissions may be formed with the involvement of specialists who are not members of the Coaching Council. The decision on the establishment of committees and commissions is made by the Coaching Council and approved by the order of the Director of the Institution.

4. Organization of activities.

4.1. General meetings of the members of the Coaching Council are held at least twice a year.

4.2. Information on the agenda of the meeting of the general meeting of the members of the Coaching Council is communicated to all members of the coaching council 3 days before its start.

4.3. The presence of all members at the meeting of the Coaching Council is mandatory. In the absence of a member of the Coaching Council for a disrespectful reason, the Chair of the Coaching Board writes a memo to the Director of the Institution with a subsequent demand for a written explanation of the reasons for the absence of the Coaching Board (in accordance with Article 119 of the RF TC) to the member of the Coaching Council who committed a disciplinary offense .

4.3. The general meeting of the members of the Coaching Council is considered eligible if 2/3 of the list of the Coaching Board participates in its meeting.

4.4. Decisions at the general meeting of the members of the Coaching Council are made by a simple majority of votes.

4.5. Each member of the Coaching Board has 1 vote. If the votes are equal, the voice of the Chairman of the Coaching Council is decisive.

4.6. All decisions of the Coaching Board have a recommendatory character and come into effect after their approval by the order of the Director of the Institution.

4.7. All decisions taken by the general meeting of the members of the Coaching Council are formalized in a protocol.

4.8. Members of the Coaching Council, who are absent for valid reasons at the meetings of the Coaching Council, can express their views on the issues on the agenda, in writing.

4.9. According to the decision of the Director of the Institution, coaches, representatives of the Tennis Federation of the Republic of Moldova, as well as other interested persons, whose participation in the meetings is necessary for making objective decisions on the issues of the agenda, can take part in the sessions of the Coaching Council.
