Curriculum of GAU RM "Shoshil Tarpishchev" for 2015-2016 academic year

EXPLANATORY NOTE

Sport in our country has become an important factor in education; it helps to fully demonstrate abilities, rationally use and develop physical and moral opportunities, educate and temper the will. The problem of physical education of children is the most urgent at the present time.

Additional preprofessional program for the sport of tennis (hereinafter referred to as the Program) is made on the basis of "Federal state requirements to the minimum content, structure, conditions for the implementation of additional pre-professional programs in the field of physical culture (approved by the order of the Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation of September 13, 2013 No. 730) , and also takes into account:

- requirements of the federal standard of sports training in the form of sport tennis (approved by the order of the Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation of June 18, 2013 No. 403);

- features of the organization and implementation of educational, training and methodological activities in the field of physical culture and sports (approved by order of the Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation No. 11225 of December 27, 2013);

- age and individual characteristics of students when practicing tennis by the form of sport.

For the systematic preparation of athletes to achieve high results, it is first of all necessary to know the characteristics of their sport. Modern tennis is characterized by the following features:

  1. Uncertainty of the duration of the match, the number of actions and the total amount of the load:

- A tennis match is played out of three or five games. The number of sets played does not give a complete picture of the total amount of work performed by the player. The introduction of the draw of the decisive game allowed to specify certain parameters of the match;

  1. Uncertainty of actions and movements with an indefinite change of situations:

it is not possible to accurately foresee the type, quantity and sequence of strikes performed by an athlete during a match. It depends on the technical training of the player, the level of his skill, and also on the tactical plan that opponents will adhere to during the match. On courts with a slow covering the greatest volume of motor actions. All the player's movements on the court depends on where the ball is sent by the opponent, where the athlete himself is at this time, as well as from his decision: where, at what speed, with or without rotation, to send the ball, and then - to stay on the back line or go forward to the grid.

  1. Varying the degree of effort:

- The tennis player performs a variety of techniques and strength strikes, as well as various in intensity of movement. To perform them, various efforts are required, up to the maximum. If the ball is directed not far from the player standing on the back line, and the athlete sees the direction of his flight in advance, he will not have much difficulty coming up to the ball and knocking him in the right direction. But there are situations in which a tennis player needs to overcome a distance of 10-12 m with a maximum speed for him. In a real game there is a constant change of situations with different intensity of movement.

  1. Alternating the duration of effort and rest:

- During the game there is an alternation of phases of effort and rest. Both are non-standard in duration. They are largely determined by the level of skill tennis player, the style of the game, the level of training, the logic of the struggle, etc. Among the factors that influence the duration of effort and the length of rest. You can also select the type of coverage and type of rest;

  1. Mediated execution of shock action:

An important feature is that the player performs percussion actions not directly by hand or foot, like in volleyball or football, but using a racket. From the racket - its weight, balance, head size, string tension, materials, of which the racket and strings are made - a lot depends. The racket should help the player to strengthen his strengths and hide the weak ones.

  1. Features associated with the conditions of the tournament:

- Tennis tournaments in the year-round calendar are strictly ranked by category. The higher the category of the tournament, the more points the tennis player receives, depending on the result shown. But for a participation in tournaments of a high category a tennis player needs a certain rating.

Organization of classes for an additional pre-professional program in the form of sport tennis is carried out in the following stages (periods) of training:

  1. Stage of initial training;
  2. Training stage (period of basic training);
  3. Training stage (period of sports specialization);
  4. Stage of improving sportsmanship.

At the stage of improving sportsmanship, admission to training is not carried out. At this stage, the children enrolled in the State University of Moldova "Shoshil Tarpishchev" (hereinafter referred to as the Institution) continue their education and are trained at the training stage (sports specialization).
