POSITION
 ON THE ORDER OF RECEIVING FOR TRAINING ON ADDITIONAL GENERAL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS (PRE-PROFESSIONAL) BY THE TYPE OF SPORTS "TENNIS"


General Provisions


 1. This Regulation on the procedure for admission to training in additional general education programs (pre-professional and general developing) in the form of sport "tennis" (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations) regulates the admission of citizens for training in additional general education programs (pre-professional) (hereinafter - the educational program) based on the results individual selection of persons who have the ability to develop the appropriate educational program for the type of sport "tennis" (further - incoming) at the expense of funds UDGET, as well as contracts with payment of cost of training with legal entities and individuals.

2. The State Autonomous Institution of the Republic of Mordovia "Sports School of the Olympic Tennis Reserve Shamil Tarpishchev" (hereinafter referred to as the "Autonomous Institution") announces the admission of citizens for training in educational programs subject to a license to conduct educational activities.

3. When accepting citizens for training on educational programs, the requirements for their level of education are not required.

4. Individual selection is conducted in order to identify the incoming physical, psychological abilities and (or) motor skills necessary for the development of educational programs.

To conduct an individual selection of incoming educational organization conducts testing, as well as the right to conduct preliminary screenings, questionnaires, consultations in the manner established by the Autonomous Institution.

5. In order to organize the reception and conduct of an individual selection of the admission to the Autonomous Institution, a reception and appeal commissions are established.

The regulations of the work of the commissions are determined by the local normative act of the educational organization. The composition of the commissions is approved by the regulatory act of the Autonomous Institution. The commissions include: the chairman of the commission, deputy chairman of the commission, members of the commission. The secretary of the commission may not be a member of commissions.

5.1. The chairman of the selection committee is the head of the Autonomous Institution or the person authorized by him.

The composition of the selection committee (at least five people) is formed from the number of trainers and other pedagogical and medical workers (if any) of the Autonomous Institution participating in the implementation of educational programs.

5.2. The chairman of the Appeals Commission is the head of the Autonomous Institution (in case he is not the chairman of the admissions committee) or the person authorized by him.

The composition of the Appeals Committee (at least three people) is formed from the number of trainers and other pedagogical and medical personnel (if any) of the Autonomous Institution participating in the implementation of educational programs and not included in the admissions committee.

6. When arranging reception of applicants, the Director of the Autonomous Institution ensures observance of their rights, the rights of their legal representatives established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, the openness and openness of the work of the reception and appellate commissions, and the objectivity of assessing the abilities and inclinations of those entering.

7. Not later than one month before the beginning of the acceptance of the documents of the Autonomous Institution, the following information and documents are posted on its information stand and official website in the information and telecommunication network Internet in order to familiarize the applicants and their legal representatives with them:

a copy of the Charter of the Autonomous Institution;

a copy of the license for educational activities (with attachments);

local regulatory acts that regulate the organization of educational and training processes for educational programs and sports training programs (if any);

conditions of work of the receiving and appellate commissions of the Autonomous Institution;

the number of budget places in the corresponding year for educational programs (stages, periods of training) and sports training programs (if available), as well as the number of vacant places for admission (if any);

the deadlines for the receipt of documents for training on educational programs in the corresponding year;

the timing of the individual selection of applicants in the relevant year;

forms of selection of applicants and its content for each educational program;

requirements imposed on physical (motor) abilities and psychological characteristics of those entering;

the system of assessments (marks, scores, indicators in units of measure) used for individual selection of incoming;

conditions and peculiarities of carrying out individual selection for those with disabilities;

rules for filing and reviewing appeals on the procedure and (or) the results of individual selection of applicants;

the terms of admission to the Autonomous Institution.

8. The number of applicants on a budgetary basis for training on educational programs is determined by the founder of the Autonomous Institution in accordance with the state task for the provision of public services.

An autonomous institution has the right to receive admission in excess of the established state (municipal) task for rendering state (municipal) services for training on a fee basis.

Information on the procedure for providing paid educational services, including information on the cost of education for each educational program, is placed by the educational organization at its information stand and official site in the information and telecommunication network Internet in order to familiarize them with the incoming and their legal representatives.

9. The Admissions Committee of the Autonomous Institution ensures the functioning of special telephone lines, as well as the section of the site of the Autonomous Institution in the information and telecommunication network "Internet" for prompt responses to applications related to admission of applicants.

2. The order of admission

10. Organization of admission and admission of incoming, as well as their individual selection are carried out by the Admission Committee of the Autonomous Institution.

 11. Admission to the Autonomous Institution for training on educational programs is carried out on a written application of applicants who have reached the age of 14 years or legal representatives of applicants.

The application for admission to the Autonomous Institution shall contain the following information:

the name of the educational program for which enrollment is planned;

surname, name and patronymic (if any) of the applicant;

date of birth of the applicant;

surname, name and patronymic (if any) of legal representatives of the applicant;

telephone numbers of legal representatives of the incoming (if available);

address of the place of registration and (or) the actual place of residence of the applicant.

The application records the fact of acquaintance of incoming and (or) legal representatives with the Charter of the Autonomous Institution and its local normative acts, as well as consent to the procedure of individual selection of the applicant.

12. When submitting an application, the following documents are submitted:

a copy of the birth certificate of the applicant;

medical documents confirming the absence of contraindications for entering the educational program by the kind of sport "tennis";

1 photo of the incoming size 3x4.

13. A personal file is entered for each applicant, in which all documents and materials of the results of individual selection are deposited.

The personal files of the applicants are kept in the Autonomous Institution for at least three months from the beginning of the admission to the Autonomous Institution.

III. Organization of individual

selection of incoming

14. The selection committee arriving at the Autonomous Institution shall conduct an individual selection.

Acquisition of groups of students for the new academic year is carried out annually until September 1, but due to the specific nature of the sport, the groups of students can be completed in the course of the whole academic year.

15. Individual selection of applicants is conducted on the basis of their compliance with the standards of general physical and special physical training, with the purpose of enrolling persons who have the abilities necessary to master the educational program, taking into account the federal standard of sports training (for pre-professional sports by tennis).

16. During the individual selection of applicants, the presence of unauthorized persons is allowed only with the permission of the director of the Autonomous institution.

17. The results of an individual selection shall be announced no later than three working days after the date of its holding.

The announcement of these results is carried out by placing a surname-list of ratings, indicating the rating system used in the Autonomous Institution, and the grades (marks, scores, indicators in units of measure) received by each individual on the basis of individual selection.

These results are posted on the information stand and on the official website of the Autonomous Institution (http://mordovia-tennis.ru) in the information and telecommunication network "Internet", taking into account the observance of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data.

18. An autonomous institution provides for additional selection for persons who did not participate in the initial individual selection within the time limits established by the Autonomous Institution for a good reason, within the general period of the individual selection of applicants.

IV. Submit and review an appeal.

Repeated selection of incoming

19. Incoming and / or legal representatives of applicants have the right to appeal the procedure and (or) the results of the individual selection to the Appeal Commission not later than the next business day after the announcement of the results of individual selection.

The appeal is considered not later than one working day from the day of its submission at the meeting of the appeal commission, to which incoming and (or) legal representatives of applicants who submitted an appeal are invited.

For consideration of the appeal, the secretary of the selection committee sends to the appeal committee the minutes of the meeting of the selection committee, the results of individual selection.

20. The Appeal Commission shall decide whether it is advisable or not appropriate to re-conduct the individual selection with respect to the applicant.

The decision is made by a majority of votes of the members of the appeal committee participating in the meeting, with the mandatory presence of the chairman of the commission. With equal number of votes, the chairman of the appeal committee has the right to a decisive vote.

The decision of the appeal commission is made out by the protocol, signed by the chairman and brought to the notice of the appealing and (or) legal representatives of the incoming incoming to the signature within one working day from the moment of making the decision, after which it is transferred to the admission committee.

21. Repeated conducting of individual selection of applicants is conducted within three working days from the day of making a decision on the expediency of such selection in the presence of at least two members of the Appeals Commission.

22. An appeal on the procedure of conducting a repeated individual selection of applicants is not allowed.

V. The order of enrollment and additional admission of applicants

in the Autonomous Institution

23. Admission of students entering the Autonomous Institution for training on educational programs shall be formalized by an order of the Autonomous Institution on the basis of a decision of the Admission Committee or Appeal Commission within the terms established by the Autonomous Institution.

24. If there are places left vacant after enrolling in accordance with the results of individual selection of applicants, the founder can grant the Autonomous Institution the right to conduct an additional reception of applicants.

The enrollment for vacancies is based on the results of additional individual selection.

25. The organization of additional admission and admission is carried out in accordance with local regulatory acts of the Autonomous Institution, while the deadline for additional admission is published on the information stand of the educational organization and on the official website of the educational organization in the information and telecommunications network Internet.

26. Additional individual selection of applicants is carried out within the terms established by the educational organization, in the order established by Chapter III of this Procedure.
